Zeezees/Ivars/Uncle Earls are all former LSU greek life/locals.

Brickyard South - punk/grungy types that used to hangout at Spanish Moon

Radio Bar - local 20s that aren’t “fratty”.. may or may not have a college education

Phil bradys - Older people’s neighborhood bar that pay with cash

Icehouse- Milfs & Baws

RIP, Happy’s was maybe a slightly older crowd than Ivars/zeezees/Earls

Is that accurate?

Spankys Prarieville used to be perfect mix of 30’s trash. Don’t know how it is now though.

Icehouse is The Station crowd from the early 2000's that never grew up. I'd categorize as bar whores and losers instead of milfs and baws. Not saying I'm afraid of a good bar whore.

Somewhere Bar that opened where old B&Ts was is kinda nice when I tried it out the other day before the hockey game. I was expecting it to be dingy, but it was fairly nice and clean. They have food too.

Mother's is awesome if you don't mind that it's gay - their food is really good for a bar too.

Patio Lounge is good vibes for a dive bar. I like this much better than The Jefferson. They keep it up more.

Duvics has been hit or miss lately, but still a staple. Although I'm 90% sure all the dents I discovered in the back of my new SUV today came from me leaving my car there overnight last week :/

Pelican to Mars is an eclectic crowd, but mostly people from the neighborhood.

Hayride Scandal is good for a mix of first dates, industry folks, and apparently the #1 swingers meetup in town.

Is ONOs still open?

Judging from pictures of the interior I believe that it’s a swinger hotspot

I have never been to Duvic’s whenever I was at least a good bit drunk lol.

The Bookstore off Airline/Jefferson is a hidden gem divebar

I've heard this is a good one.

Brakes Bar is such a cool place with nice decor, but its hard to find myself wanting to remain there a long time. Maybe that's the point, hence the tiny size.

MCBG - I'll go, but they got so weird during Covid and it is basically a full fledge restaurant now. I don't mind optional table service, but they don't allow you to walk through the door without being formally seated. And they were cuckoo about masks/walking around eons after everyone else stopped.

Does the side bar owned by Bin77 count as a bar? I treat it like a bar. Probably my favorite spot in town to hang out. Especially on a nice evening when all the doors are open for the live music.

Looking for a lady with only one divorce and getting a respectable alimony payment.

Where do you recommend?

Used to get so tanked there in 2008/2009, it actually makes me sick to think about.

A woman and her daughters worked it at the time.
