By the time your battery level is that low it switches resources to taking pics and doesn't transmit them all. Use the energizer ultimate lithium batteries and change them once the camera says below 75%....

It’s funny how in 2018 they wouldn’t be set up for you to purchase this mythical ‘permit’ online. I think it’s going back up for vote or appeal next week so I don’t see it being ready any time soon. ...

Plaq Parish signed a law saying that to hunt and fish on parish proptery you need to get a permit. 50 dollars for parish residents and 250 for non-parish residents. They’ll also print you a map for 20 dollars. ...
