You’ll probably have to figure it out by experience. As you’ve already mentioned, the rut date can change just a few miles down the road.
I’ve never hunted Arcadia, but I hunted all around it, and my best guess would be mid November north of I-20, pushing to Thanksgiving south of I-20.

Heard one lone gobble on the roost opening morning. I’ve hunted every day but Sunday and Monday.

Was looking at getting an electronic predator caller this offseason, and came across several videos of people calling in hogs with electronic callers.
Was curious if this was just a Texas thing or if it can be successful here as well......

Ditto! But I did have problems, mainly emissions issues. Spent 3 out of 4 months in the shop, because they were backed up and waiting...
