Last year was exceptional, and O deserves all the credit in the world for getting out of the way and letting coaches coach and players shine.
The likes of Kirby, Herman, and Jimbo would absolutely have effed that up last year. They can’t get out of their own way.

Some of us would allow budgetary malfeasance to save our program going up in flames any more than it has. This doesn’t discredit the awful hires and should be seen as a huge red flag for the sitting coach, but the program is bigger than him. ...
