Would you trade coaching staffs with Bama?

For the first time since Saban went to Bama, I can honestly say that I would not trade staffs with Bama if given the option.
This is also why I don’t care if we play them again in the playoffs. I think we have a better team and better coaches (unlike 2011).

Saban has been losing a lot of good staff in recent years. Not sure if it's because people don't want to work for him or that they're just good enough to get other opportunities to further their careers. Either way, I agree. LSU staff is stacked and Orgeron seems to be a great boss to have.

no...next question.
Mainly because O seems fun and Saban IS a miserable douche who would be a drag at parties. I'll stick with the guy most likely to dance on a table with a lampshade on his head.

Mike Detillier said they have lost 13 staff in the last two years. That's a lot.
I think it's a combination that working for Lil Nicky is not a joy and as soon as they get their "worked under Nick Saban" ticket punched and an opportunity arises - they're gone pecan!

Downvoted due to dumb post.

Why dumb? Can you honestly say you would not have traded staffs prior to this year?
ETA: I think it is pretty significant to say O has assembled a staff that we wouldn’t trade to get the best coach in college football history.

I know who I'd rather play for. No matter how much success Saban has had, I wouldn't want to play for a tyrant.
I don't know who has the better staff, but ours is very good, and we have the momentum right now, which is rather important.
I, too, am not afraid of a rematch with them. Giving Saban more than a month off to prepare for the unchanging offense of the Les Miles regime was just too easy. This offense, aside from being far more complex to prepare for, will not be the SAME offense twice in a row. There will be new plays, and there will be a difference in sequence of plays. We also happen to have the best QB in the nation. If LSU is healthy, I believe they've proven they're the better team. And, given that any rematch would be on a neutral field, I like our chances a lot.

It's a weakness that Saban will inevitably fix somehow.

Saban has lost coaches mostly because they do not want to work for him. Only 3 coaches left for promotions and they may have been happy to leave.

I can. After Saban decided he didn't want to be here anymore, I didn't want him here either even though he would have been an upgrade.
