Guinness is my favorite. Black Butte from Deschutes is damn good....
What a treasure you have there. I collect cookbooks as well, no telling how many I have or what will happen to them when I give up the ghost....
HEB ice cream is dang good. I really liked Blue Bell ice cream, just couldn't get past the way they ignored the health and sanitary issues at the plant. Seems like greed was far more important than the consumers health....

I found them at Sams a year ago, I’m in Texas, not sure if that matters. They were damn good coming off the smoker, they took a lot of prep work though. If you find them post up some pics when you finish them....

The picture above looks like the one we have made for years and is great. 1 BX saltine crackers (all 4 sleeves) for whatever reason Zesty brand works better. 1 pkg Ranch dressing mix (powder) 3 Tb red pepper flakes 1 1/3 C canola oil. Place all four sleeves of crackers in a large zip lock...

Real Deal Holyfield is the best breakfast taco ever! I freakin love that thing, my twin boys ask me often when can we go get a RDH? They make those tortillas in that little trailer and they are so damn good....
