You folks got anything more refreshing than this to drink than this?
Any other recipes involving Topo Chico?

I agree.
But if there is something else out there, I want to know.
Inquiring minds.

I use Topo in place of soda with all my drinks.

WTH is in Topo Chico to make it so freaking delicious?
It's one of the many things I discovered due to this board!

It’s the bubbles. That’s all I can gather.
My recipe: 2 oz of sotol, topo chico, juice of half of a small lime. I really dig that subtle smokiness of the sotol.

Paloma

Ranch Water and a Paloma are great summer drinks. I like using the grapefruit Jarritos drink for the Paloma.

A Paloma without real grapefruit is trash

I need to go to Ranch 616 in Austin and have one. Not that it'll taste any better, but supposedly a bucket list ATX activity.

If you go there, may as well just bang the tequila in shot form out of a pepper.

What recipe do you use?
This is supposedly the Ranch 616 recipe:
INGREDIENTS
Serving: 1
2 ounces reposado tequila
1 ounce orange liqueur, preferably Patron Citrónge
1 ounce fresh lime juice
one bottle Topo Chico sparkling mineral water
Garnish: lime wedge
DIRECTIONS
Add tequila, orange liqueur and lime juice to a Collins glass.
Add ice and stir until cold.
Top with Topo Chico to desired taste and continue to add while drinking.

Whiskey smash
I’ll sometimes use less simple syrup and a little topo Chico to give fizz

Good suggestion. What tequila do you guys recommend for the paloma?

Paloma is excellent.
First time seeing this Ranch Water. Going to give it a try.
I usually drink this recipe. I don't know what it is called.
2 oz. of Hendrick's Gin
1 oz. of St. Germain Liqueur
Fresh juice from a half a grapefruit
Fresh juice from a half of orange

I’ve been ranch watering it a few night a week for the past 3 weeks. Delicious. I use the HEB brand lime sparkling water and maybe a little extra lime juice. Money.
