I'll back you up on Gumbeaux. Best food in the metro area, in my opinion. For breakfast, go to the Silver Skillet on 14th St about 3 miles from the dome. Country ham breakfast is da shizzle. You know it's a great Southern place when you have to go through the kitchen to get to the restroom....
