It's all about the socks. I use a 800g thinsulated boot and wear a moisture wicking sock. If I know I'll have a long hike I'll bring an extra pair and change in the stand. Found out years ago it's all about keep dem toes dry....

Saw a new grill on the road yesterday. Not a fan. Also, hope the aluminum bodies phase out before I need another truck. I've seen multiple truck body's bind, rip, and do other sh*t a truck isn't suppose to do....

I'd run it a good while before heading offshore. Like said before, sign up for SeaTow. Will at least give you some peace of mind if sheet hits the fan. Would at least have compass and radio. GPS can be on phone. We've gone out 10+ miles many times with just a compass before getting good electronics....

The 3.5 ecoboost gets great mpgs normal driving, but towing something heavy it goes to shite. Got 8 mpg towing 22ft trailer. If you tow a lot get the f250, if not get the six banger....
