I think the schedule changed for 2020 because this is the February schedule this year
February 2, 2020: Quiet period
February 3-29, 2020: Dead period
March 1 – April 14, 2020: Quiet period...

Per Ross Dellenger - LSU spokesman Michael Bonnette does confirm OT Badara Traore has arrived and enrolled in classes at LSU. All 9 Tigers mid-year enrollees are here now....
