Yea the 5-6 meals a day is not happening. Typically small breakfast, small lunch, bigger dinner (typically over 500 calories). I don't know if she is organized enough to do the 5 small meal thing :lol: As far as what she's eating, it's really not bad. Definitely not McDonalds. I mean we eat spaghet...

I agree. The only thing I can think is that her body composition is improved but she is getting frustrated and saying that clothes fit the same and she's not noticing anything. Which I understand especially with busting arse on Insanity for 3 weeks...

Female, 26 years old, 118 pounds. She has been doing the Insanity workout program and religously counting calories for 3 weeks, yet has not seen any weight loss. She averages about 1400 calories a day. Is it just an improvement in body composition with added muscle which is slowing the weight loss? ...
