Anyone see what Reine did for Oklahoma in Game 3 against Virginia? 6 RBI. He had only 132 AB's for the Okies this year but batted .341 with 10 HR's. Not bad at all. How is it he doesn't play for the Tigers?

LOL A lot of Cody Reine's family members coming out of the woodwork. a) He wasn't good enough to play at LSU. He had a good year this year but he wasn't playing over Mahtook or Leon. Had Watkins not gone down, he probably wouldn't have beaten him out either. b) His attitude and work ethic were subpar. Just look at the kid and then try to tell me he takes baseball seriously.

That's what I thought too. What was the story with him? Does anyone know? He went to Grayson JC but did we place him there?

Unless he could pitch, no way he even helps this team.

You really think he's that light? He was 220 at LSU. Hes more like 250-260 now. He's bordering Prince Fielder territory.

I can't wait to start the counter thread if he goes 1 for 10 in Omaha.

Also, he had 6 HR all year. A nice number, but he went absolutely nuts the last 2 days and that's what drug all of these posts out of the woodwork.

If he goes 2-12 on the weekend, 99% of the people on this board would still have no idea who he is.

The way he was showing off after HR's along with other OU players I'm glad he's gone. He could've DH but Gaudet had 19 HR

That OU team reminded me of Skip's last team when Linden, Moore would flip their bats

In the scrimmages before he left he use to rake. He could always hit but the rumor were his work effort was terrible. He definitely could have played for lsu so the crap about him not being good enough was bs.
