Pig Candy
Thick cut bacon
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Combine brown sugar and cayenne pepper. Put bacon on wire rack and sprinkle above mixture on both sides of bacon. 400 degrees 20-30 min.

I cooked this for the first time for a church function this morning. I put everything together last night and cooked this AM. Took longer to cook, but other than that, it was amazing. Followed the recipe, except I added a can of diced green chilis and sausage. EVERY bit of it was eaten. PS I tripled...

An amazing film. One of the best I have seen. I think the thing that impressed me the most was that it had absolutley not political theme to it at all. Highly recommended. Shed several tears....

I dont eat ribs any place else. I live several hours out of Baton Rouge. When I go to Tiger Town, TJ Ribs is the first place I go when I get to town. Also, best ice cream pie I have ever eaten....
