Ate there tonight, very good ...

wife had the baby back ribs ...

mom had the baby back ribs ...

my little one had fried catfish ...

and i have the ribeye ... i know, i am at a rib place, why did i order the steak?

i asked for it medium ... came out ... well done. no problem, server was great ... came back with a new steak ... rare, and i mean rare ... no problem, came back the 3rd time ... perfect medium, plate sizzling ... very good steak.

she took the steak off the bill, i didn't ask, but i made sure i left her an appropriate tip.

I bet that even though they screwed up Twice, but made it right you'll go back because they made it right. I know I would

You're right. They didn't have to take care of the bill for the steak. It was certainly appreciated, but not expected and we will go back!

Interstate traffic tonight was a BITCH!

I dont eat ribs any place else. I live several hours out of Baton Rouge. When I go to Tiger Town, TJ Ribs is the first place I go when I get to town. Also, best ice cream pie I have ever eaten.

Try their beef ribs sometime....Man those are so tender and a steak has nothing on them.

The beef ribs are great. Totally different from steak, but very good. The ribeye at TJ Ribs is very good.

Since this thread 1st originated, we often go to TJ's at least twice a month.

For me, it's a mixture of beef ribs, filet or ribeye. Steaks, especially at the Siegen location, have been excellent.

I know Rag likes the Siegen location MUCH better too!

The burgers are good too.

Had a horrible experience there about a month ago, the food was great (NY strip) but had some serious issues with the service, so much so that I went to their website and sent an email and surprisingly never herd back from them, gave them another shot this last Sunday for a quick lunch and food and service was great

Sure did ... I missed that.

Well now she won't even eat fish ... of any kind. Must be her age?

Don't know, because we sure eat the hell out of it here.
