A CCT for PVCs?? Thats insane. Essentially the only use a CCT is for is if your 10 year CV risk score places you in the intermediate risk score. A significantly abnormal CCT score risk stratifies you into a high risk group which impacts medical therapy intensity. CCT has no bearing on PVC treatment....

How frequent are the PVCs? A daily PVC burden greater than ~15% can in and of itself cause a cardiomyopathy which is generally reversible with PVC treatment (meds versus an ablation)....
