Depends on what you consider bad and what kind of time-frame you're referring to. Even the strongest of stocks' charts will turn negative when it's time for a slight 4-5 day pullback or something. The manipulation is what makes them so damn profitable. I agree that it's terrible as most new investors do get burned, but they don't call it the Wild West for nothing and for those who learn the tricks of the trade investing in pennies can be quite lucrative. TA is king in penny land and anyone ...
