re: How do yall go from….

To me, it’s more the optics of how they lost. The only reason LSU is being even considered for a regional spot is because of their history and draw. This lost was ugly....
LSU is outside looking in. They need to win the next 2 series and see where the chips fall. What’s the qualifier to make it to the SEC tournament?...

Not to rain on anyone’s parade but LSU has a lot of work to do to get back into post season discussion....
This club is not a playoff worthy team. Ok, arguably your franchise player is on the bench, however, they are bricking wide open shots, losing balls on the dribble, getting manhandled defensively...
I can't believe how unprepared and unmotivated we look. This is embarrassing.
I’ll add “uninspired” as well. Pels look they’re locked in on the offseason....
Game is now over.
This. OKC is a much better club....
Did Guilbeau write the book on Skip Bertman that’s soon to be released?...
Sad. Pathetic. And frick this “he just won a National Championship” shite. As far as I’m concerned, the clock is ticking on Jay. It’s all on him. No excuses....

This club has shut it down for the season. They could care less. Johnson needs to focus on the off-season and going into a rebuild. This season is a wash. Deal with it and move on. Look to UL-L as your state team with a shot at making a run....
Iowa is soft and way smaller. SC knows how to win this game and Iowa can’t do shite about it.
And bench points. Talk about a disparity. Last graphic I saw was 26-0 SC. It’s probably more by now....
Paul Pearce would approve this panel....

re: Smoke Laval
WE JUST WON A NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP
I admit, Smoke was a disaster post Bertman. Nobody on the planet was going to come close to Skip, who by the way, gave the keys to Laval. LSU won’t come close to winning a National Championship with this club. I don’t see Crews, Skenes, etc. w...

Smoke Laval

Posted by MikeEhrmantraut on 4/6/24 at 6:29 pm
As bad as things were under Smoke, I looked this up on LSUsports.net Raymond “Smoke” Laval served as LSU’s head baseball coach for five seasons (2002-2006) before resigning his position on June 4, 2006. In five years at the helm of the LSU program, he guided the Tigers to two College World Series...
I am in the camp of them not making a regional. At this point, their goal should be making Hoover. Then look at it as a whole new season from that point....

Talent, Coaching, or bad luck?

I would think it’s a combination of all 3 regarding this awful SEC season so far. I see no improvement. Quite the opposite. This club seems to be mentally out of it....
Wish I could see anything to not make me think this. I really can see this happening unfortunately. Man I hope I’m wrong....
Time for Angel Reese to move on. Also, it seems like Mulkey is not running this team, the players are. Who exactly is in charge of this program?...
I’m pretty sure Reese declares. ...
I think Kim will be retiring much sooner than anticipated. She’s done it all. Might be time for her to seriously consider it. Really would not fault her if she shuts it down after next season or season after next....
Oh well, good season Ladies. Disappointed in Mulkey’s strategy in 2nd Half. Was hoping they could keep it close. ...
