We won’t win a game. To we won’t win 2 games. To omg we suck I can’t believe we didn’t sweep.
We just beat the #1 team in the country 2 of 3. Sit back and enjoy. No need to nitpick and definitely no need to think you know better than Coach Jay.

This board is so dumb it’s baseball I don’t know why everyone thought this was some unwinnable series I was saying the whole time we could take 2/3 from A&M at home

The irrational nature of our fanbase is why I continue to read the Rant after nearly 20 years. Some of the meltdowns have been legendary!

I wouldn't say it warrants a melt at alll.... however....
I will say watching the first half of the season there were so many games that LSU had a bad inning, or a couple errors, and lost the game on that.
They'd be pretty good most of the game and throw it it away with one bad inning. This game has pretty much gone that way. Outside of one horrific Inning they didn't look too bad.

If the lack of a 3rd starter was breaking news it might warrant a mini-melt but we've known that for awhile. A series win against #1 is big. We don't know how big it will turn out to be but chances are better than they were Fri morning.

If A&M sweeps or takes two then lsu is in desperation mode
2 is really unbelievable

We need to go 5-1. Next weekend @ Alabama is now the most important reg season series in LSU baseball history.
