Wiltfong predicts that we land mJackson and Crawford

4-star DT Mckinnley Jackson (113)
Prediction: LSU
Confidence: 51 percent
The Top247 defensive tackle already took officials to Alabama and Auburn and has LSU, Ole Miss and Texas A&M lined up in January. Jackson was committed to LSU very early in the process and this recruitment has a chance to come full circle.
4-star OT Ty'kieast Crawford (228)
Prediction: LSU
Confidence: 51 percent
If everything comes together for the Top247 offensive lineman off the field I like the way it’s building up for the Tigers on the trail.
Our name didn't even pop up when talking about Evans' decision, which was A&M (75%). That's fine with me because we're in place to land Bradford or Gibbs. He also left us out when talking about aWilliams who is expected to sign with UF (75%).
Either way, it would be a great finish if we signed Crawford and Jackson along with one of these RBs.

Even the USC folks are saying Burch was all LSU and that is where he still wants to be but proximity to family won out.

I read that our commits were working hard on Burch at the all American game. Dwight Mcglothern and Dumervil work him pretty good on Twitter.

Man I really hope he and his family have a change of heart on this. He would be huge with this front seven class. Just once I’d like a player like him to see what he could do and accomplish here at LSU with these players around him.
He could really elevate this team to another level with his play but I know LSU will be just fine with or without him. Just wish these guys would see the light sometimes. If we can’t get him I hope LSU tries to identify a player with a similar build and skills either in transfer or JUCO this year or next.
And yes I would love to add these two guys to the class as well as a RB, WR and safety. I’d like to see what Jackson and Guillory could do while playing around 300-310 or so. I think they would be explosive AF and extremely tough to deal with.
This front seven class has to be one of the best in the country. Adding Jackson and then Burch would no doubt put us at the top. There’s also a chance that one of or both Guillory and Jackson grow taller as well. Imagine those guys playing around 6’4 or 6’5 305 or so. Damn that would be nasty.
