And he hasn't changed in 11 seasons.

and then he even straight up said he doesn't see a need for overhaul.
nothing will change. he can go get whatever OC there is.. which i don't see why many great ones would come on a 1 year term with uncertainty.. but he will still have his plays.. his philosophy..
i want so bad to have a freaking confident football team.. not a team that feels handcuffed or plays nervous. a team that can overcome a turnover here and there like it's nothing.

Tonight has only solidified and firmly entrenched the cult of personality around Les Miles. He jus may literally be bigger than the program and LSU itself now.

Honestly, no need for major overhaul. The fact that QB development is our biggest downfall and Miles has yet to change that is really concerning though.

He's never gonna change. Then the same pumpers will blame the players for our 7/8 win season and cry over and over again about how Les needs another year. I guess some won't see him as a problem til it's 2019 and we are 5-6 heading into our game with A&M.
