They were not at a neighborhood party with parents....they were over at a friends house
There was drinking (speculation that the beer was stolen or that a brother/17 year old bought it for them) but never was brought out in trial where the beer came from - don't know why. But who ever provi...

911 call was not played in court..was not presented - just a copy of the officers report
Any way - thanks to those of you that have an open mind and understand that things are not what they seem and good people do stupid things and get screwed.
The rest - don't get arrested in Lafayette Parish...

they said they were to scared to call 911,( but yet their good friend was bleeding out in the back seat)....
For those truly interested in the truth the Baton R. Advocate had a good write up on all the car break ins in that area...

you left out the jury...they were there every day.
Like I said - I could give a rats arse who believes me or not - but there is so much misinformation
And there was no transcript or recording of the 911 call - just a report of a officer.... that had mistakes all over it to cover his own tracks...

Yes on the police reports for the other car break ins at Seth house, and other break ins in the neighborhood.

All in the court transcripts in anyone in interested. Public record.
And evidence was suppressed about the other 3 kids - so who knows.
I can tell you the two who testified were not believable...

Not that it means anything..... just a kid (18) who was mad because he worked a full tome job and went to school full time and got ticked because people kept breaking into his truck, his Moms car and his sisters car. (all brought out in trial)

Most of the information suppressed was not given to the jury, but maybe it will come out in appeal....

Does not matter to me if you believe why I commented on these thread or if you believe me. Just giving my two cents....this is a discussion forum right ? Feel free to check out any of the facts I have stated.
After being at the trial everyday and seeing how many things got twisted in the media ...

I don't know him or any of the others involved, but I was in the court room everyday during the trial and saw/heard every piece of evidence up close and personal
He got screwed....of course I can respect that others may feel differently
It is hard to hear all the misinformation going around...
