Thai Pepper Followed closely by Sushi Masa Bay Leaf is also legit Kaminari sucks -- Nagoya is better...
Although Kanno is my go-to, I've been to Horinoya a few times and it's always been solid. If you're into fancy rolls and trendy crap it is not the place for you. Here's what I recommend: Ankimo (steamed monkfish liver) Hamachi Kama (grilled yellowtail neck) Tarakasuzuke (grilled black cod) ...

Gotta admit, I am really surprised at how poorly they did. Nebraska's class turned out to be pretty decent despite the Pelini firing, and Mike Riley doesn't have anywhere near the name value of Harbaugh...

I don't use breadcrumbs when chargrilling. I use the dragos recipe of salted butter, garlic, and a little oregano. Grill over the flames (key) and sprinkle with shredded Parm as they are cooking. ...
