I cut a lot of corners at work with HR and ethics. I'm not very ethical when it comes down to it. Burdens on them to prove it though. Haven't yet. Though I was always said most likely to end up in the newspaper for fraud....

I'll admit it's pretty good for a fatty appetizer. I just wouldn't put it on the same level as some things I've had at NOLA restaurants. And the best restaurant in and around Baton Rouge is Roberto's River Road Restaurant....
