For reference, last year's Natty-winning team wasn't killing it in SEC play. 2023 SEC batting averages .405 Crews .361 White .303 Jobert .281 Morgan .256 Jones .254 Thompson .241 Beleso .200 Dugas
It's like I've been saying it's not so much a hitting problem as it's a scori...
Well, the smart thing to do is not say a word about RFK.
Wrong, silence equals acceptance or agreement. ...
I don’t get it. He should by hyping RFKjr as an alternative to a Biden vote.
You think voters with TDS or Dems are going to do what Trump says. Trump blasting RFK only makes him more appealing to them....
Practically everything a president does is official, their life for 4 years is the presidency unlike other politicians. That’s why broad immunity exists for them. Otherwise the possibility of some legal entity coming after would be very high. Presidents and their staff would be constantly second ...
Neither of the Impeachments of Trump had to do with insurrection.
The second impeachment occurred on January 13, 2021 for inciting insurrection, then the Senate acquitted him in a trial. Come out from under that rock....
He does enjoy immunity from prosecution while in office. Here's the catch ... he's not in office right now, and any decision regarding his immunity to prosecution for decisions made while in office will hinge on whether the acts in which he engaged are within the scope of the Constitutional a...
But that does not apply in this case because Trump is not a sitting President, he is a former President - so impeachment has nothing to do with whether he can be criminally charged with anything.
But it does apply. Trump was in office and he was acquitted by the Senate on the charge...
Presidents clearly engage in public and private acts while in office. Some acts are easily defined as one or the other there are certain acts that are much more muddy.
This is why limited immunity wouldn’t work....
What should happen is that a limited immunity for executive action is established, and it's sent back to the trial court for determinations on that issue (which would lead to another track back to the USSC).
Limited immunity? Who decides? This would open an enormous can of worms. A...
On insurrection, 2 happened, 3 did not, Trump was acquitted, so theoretically 4 can’t happen....
I just think this SCOTUS with its current makeup doesn’t want to be remembered for watering down presidential immunity and in effect nuking the impeachment process....
The short-sighted Democrats shot their wad bringing "Insurrection" into Trump's second impeachment. Trump was acquitted by Congress of any charges related to insurrection.
Very good post. Basically a president must be impeached first which then opens him up to criminal prosecution. ...
If they would that would mean impeachment, which is the current process for charging presidents would be voided. Any DA/state could indict a president and force a trial. This would blow up the way presidents are dealt with by Congress. Biden could be indicted by a red state DA right now and be fo...
DVH consistently had good/great teams. Last years natty was glorious, but I could really do without this Orgeron type roller coaster. NIL and the Wild West portal is a whole new world, let’s hope JJ is up to the task....
100% he’s a spoiler for Trump.
100% disagree. People voting for Trump want Trump. People voting for Biden hate Tump (largest percentage) or want Biden ( smaller percentage). The people that hate Trump but are less than enthusied with Biden would absolutely consider RFK. Remember ...

NIL started in July, 2021. Miss St. in 2022, Ole Miss in 2023, and LSU in 2024 all tanked the following year after their natty in the post NIL era. 3 times is a pattern....

Hitting is not the problem, scoring is

Posted by da prophet on 4/14/24 at 11:11 am
There are many reasons why. LSU out hit Tenn in both games. Vandy out hit LSU in only one game. Arkansas out hit LSU in only one game. 9 hits resulted in 1 run yesterday, terrible run production. 9 hits against Tenn ace on Friday is good, just not enough runs....

They actually outhit Tenn last night. The problem is scoring not hitting....
Bullshite, going after all this woke nonsense is what has been getting him elected. He doesn’t care about all the snowflake TD posters....
