The last games I played were No Mercy and Wrestlemania 2000 on N64…it’s been a while.
How do the new 2k WWE games hold up or compare?

Check to see if school was actually in session that day. The cameras are on during school hours but they don't turn off if schools are out for weather, etc.

Looking at Oboz Burke Chukka and Merrel Moab 3 Mid.
These are my top 2 choices but if there are any recs that work great for office / job id love to see them.
Steel toe not needed. Just comfort without looking like a clown shoe....

So in an ideal situation, you could be leveraging your credit line at a rate of 2-3% while the account is gaining 7-8% annually?
Would that gain in interest pay back the credit line?...

Securities backed line of credit. I’ve also seen them referred to as a pledged asset line of credit.
It’s using an investment portfolio as a line of credit. It has its risks and pros and cons but I’m curious if anyone has done this before....

Looking at current rates and seeing that we can do much better with a SBLOC through Wells Fargo or Charles Schwab than local banks. I’m looking at a rate of 2-3%.
Has anyone done this before? How was that experience?...

Chelsea are total trash at the moment.
Jackson is useless. He had so many missed opportunities. Sterling in a 3-1 a giant their keeper and still botched it.
