I’m assuming the train ? What’s the best site to book on if so. I need this for first week of Jan should I go ahead and book now ? Thanks in advance

I’m seeing one way flights for dirt cheap . Would this be a decent option or too much headache ? I realize I’d have to arrange more transportation to and from airports and unsure what that would cost.

The train was super easy. It is also in the city centre so very convenient for both cities. I did it from Paris to London and would do it again over dealing with the airport.

I advise you to watch Chunnel first.

Do you remember what the train costs roughly ? Not sure if I’m looking at the right website but I’m seeing about $325-375 bucks for 2 ppl one way. Does that sound right ? That’s standard economy class with zero upgrades or frills.

Eurostar 100%. It's so quick and smooth as can be.

It was definitely not that much. Around $100 or less each way. That was right before COVID though in 2019.

80 ea.

Wrong day and that super low fare is at 5am. I’d be fine with that but Mrs jkyle … no f’ng way. Lol. I’m looking for Jan 3. It’s a Tuesday. I appreciate you looking. I’m getting 127/ea to 168 ea for decent times. Flights are 40 ea one way but it def sounds like a much less pain the arse to train.

We took the Eurotrain from Paris to London then back to Paris after 2 days in London. We had lunch and dinner on train and it was very good. Make sure you just choose off times when you travel that way you don't overspend with the people traveling for Business which are usually between 7 am and 9am and in the afternoon between 2 pm and 5 pm. We saved hundreds by just picking off times. BTW this was precovid so I don't know how they do things now.

Factor in cost and time of going to airport since both airports are not that close to city centers. I'm sure either way would be fine but it probably comes out close to train cost.

EuroStar was a great option. Flexible schedule. Smooth rides. Not too horribly expensive.
