I go to Mexico multiple times a year and rarely stay on a resort. Easy quick flight from DFW like you said. I've seen these advisories before but still went. I just stay aware of my surroundings, especially at night.
Honestly, I feel safer going to Mexico than going out in Deep Ellum. ...

Factor in cost and time of going to airport since both airports are not that close to city centers. I'm sure either way would be fine but it probably comes out close to train cost. ...

The train was super easy. It is also in the city centre so very convenient for both cities. I did it from Paris to London and would do it again over dealing with the airport. ...

I have not been there but have been to to PV a few times. Airbnb's are usually my go to there. Lots of good restaurants and love the charm of the Old Town/Downtown area. Very easy to explore and easy to get around to do excursions.
Resorts on the south side of town like Garza Blanca mentioned are...

DFW is still a little wild. I have seen more "price improvements" lately though. Most stuff under $300k are being bought by investors with cash. Still multiple bids on those.
Closed one 2 weeks ago $50k over. Another one $30k over next week. All cash both deals. Only way things are going. I thin...

I've been using my S22+ all week. Anyone have a battery drain issue like me? There's a thread on Reddit so it's not just me. I'm giving it a few more days for it to "learn" my patterns but it's a bit ridiculous how fast it drains.

Yeah OneUI is pretty much like stock Android these days just with some different customize options. Way better than TouchWiz. I didn't think I would switch from Pixel but S20 has been great. I don't really need an upgrade but I'm ordering the S22+ most likely. ...
