Anyone ever had their carryon luggage weighed?

I’m flying Lufthansa tomorrow (business class) and my carryon is like 40% over their weight limit for carryons. I’ve flown Lufthansa and many other airlines in the past both business class and economy, and I’ve never had my carryon weighed, so I don’t expect a problem: however, I’ve heard stories of people being given grief.
Has everyone ever experienced carry-on baggage being weighed? If so, where and when did they weigh it?

Carry-on? No. Checked bag? Yes.

Yeah, I know they strictly weigh checked bags...I’m talking about carryons.

No, I’ve never had that happen to me before. Usually I’m shoving things in my carry on because my wife’s checked bag is insanely over the limit.

Usually they will just check measurements on a carry on without weighing it.

They weighed carry ons when I was traveling through India. It was easy enough to avoid when traveling within the country since you could use a kiosk, but unavoidable on an international flight.

The Vienna airport has workers who stand just before the security line weighing larger carry on bags to make sure they're not overweight.

Yes. Dubai airport on Emirates flying to Saudi.
If it weighed above XX kg it had to be check. Think it was more than 10 kg.

I just had my carry-ons weighed this morning. Lufthansa flight from Barcelona to Frankfurt.
