So far, I like it. Much cleaner.

Safari is just like the iPad version.

I was hoping for a iPhoto overhaul but nope.

I don't like the catagorization of it.

It's almost impossible to rearrange pics the way you want to.

I've been running the beta for a while now. First few versions were very buggy, but it seems to be in pretty good shape now. I like it more than Mavericks.

Yeah. The download was about 30. The install is taking a good while.

Yeah, I been on the Beta since it opened to non developers. All bugs I had vanquished. So release today is like old news.

I like when my phone rings like 10 seconds later my iMac rings too.

I've kept Mountain Lion on my imac because I didn't/still don't really care for Mavericks. Downloading Yosemite now on my MBP

Does the text message sync work well? I love being able to iMessage from my MBP but hated not being able to do it for texts.

My download says it has 7 hours to download. Anyone else having a slow download?

Took my first incoming call earlier. That's nice.

I've used the Beta so just checking out the features that are now added.

Did they fix this? I dread having to use it all. It's exactly how iTunes used to be on my HP laptop.

And for the calling feature...you can just answer it through your iPad or imac? I'm guessing it just works through WiFi somehow?

False. It's through bluetooth, not the wifi network. This means that it won't work with all devices:

I was trying to get this to work between my iPhone 6 and my MBP mid-2011. Not going to work.

When I have my ipad mini and iphones with me at work only the phone rings(I don't connect to wifi at work). When I get home and one iphone rings... both Ipads and both iphones ring.

I don't know why it doesn't do it if they are not on the same network. I just assumed it was wifi.

You may be right. I haven't completely figured this out yet. Still researching and testing. Changing settings.

You're right about calling. It's over wifi. I was think all of continuity: calling, sms, handoff was through the same thing: bluetooth. SMS and handoff require bluetooth. Calling does not.

so apparently I have to have iPhoto to have iCloud photos work. I have photoshop elements so I would keep all of my photos on there, plus dropbox. I hated iPhoto I hate that I have to reinstall oh well.
