I couldn't figure out how to upgrade from technical preview, but they emailed me a link to actual downloads.

Did you do clean or just upgrade?

I'm not sure how the process works

Are you on an SSD? It took my home PC about 20-30 minutes to upgrade from 8.1 to 10

How did you do this? It turned off scrolling on my mouse pad completely. All I can do is point and click with it now.

Details please? I'm downloading now on SP3. Everything seems to work ok (apps in particular)?

I went back on my word and downloaded and installed W10 today

Like it so far on my Laptop. Seems smooth. Cortana is decent. Haven't tried Edge yet because I use Chrome for everything.

One thing people with AMD dedicated cards might encounter is BSOD about 1-2 mins booting into Windows. I did encounter this, and after reading some tech forums, AMD cards have been a little problematic thus far with the upgrade.

I quickly booted into safemode, and disabled the AMD card, and booted back into normal windows mode. Then I downloaded the correct Windows 10 drivers for my AMD card (R9 series 275) and everything worked perfectly.

Just an FYI incase you freak out if you see BSODs. Remember, new OS means driver issues for hardware.

None of my computers have any AMD drivers. Appreciate the information though...

I had no issues with my Fury X, installed 15.7.1 after booting up and smooth sailing.

Is anyone running Windows 10 on a Mac here yet? I think I'm going to hold out and keep 8.1 pro on my Mac until at least a SP.

What's the deal? You said something about your scrolling? I don't have it yet... What exactly is the issue?

Did you try pc settings/pc and devices/mouse and touchpad ?

Yes and the only option I have for the TouchPad is a sensitivity setting for when I'm using the keyboard. Before I could scroll with two fingers and pinch zoom and do all of that on the TouchPad but after the download I can only point and click. I remember there being more settings for the TouchPad before but I can't find it now.

Eta: it's an ASUS laptop
