Yeah, but that is for personal preference to get some new ones, you could still be using the old ones.

It's crazy seeing how much of an impact on the regional power system just people replacing incandescent to LED. It's a huge loss in base load. We had to readjust power demand growth for the area a ton just for that reason.

I don't know why this still happens today, much less 10 years from now.

Maybe in the home, but they'll always have a place in business.

Actually landlines are still in about 50% of homes in Ohio l. The Amish probably will hope they don't go away.

our company has been on a Cisco VoIP system for almost 20 years.

Need a better definition of "landline"here because mine just has an Ethernet cable connected to it.

There are ones you can already get that are really cheap. The amount of power savings and life of LEDs is already at the point where you are dumb to still be using incandescent.

A few years ago I was pissed they stopped selling 100W incandescent bulbs. Checked out amazon and low and behold they had some. Of course, when they arrived, it was the typical GE packaging, but all in Spanish. I'm guessing they were made for Mexico.

And to be honest, I still have most of them, because almost all of our lamps have smart LED bulbs. I'm still kicking myself for not purchasing smart dimmer switches when I changed out all the old switches in our house.

Looks like amazon still has some: LINK

No, and I don't even know what that is. I just dictate the letter. My assistant tales care of how it gets sent out.

I also receive assignments by fax from one extremely large company. If they email me, it's through some dumb encrypted system that no one likes.
