Man up and just say what you have to say. Why do you feel the need to be a vagina and hide behind a screen?

Seriously, if you don't want to be traced then don't do it electronically. If you must do it electronically find tutorials on TOR and anonymous email. If you're super paranoid look into TAILS OS and use a public wifi on top of anonymous Email.

So you're trying to get a kid in trouble anonymously? C'mon man!

If a child is being abused, stand behind your report and give it some credibility. The fact that you want to report it anonymously makes it sound like you're trying to file a false report.

Burner smartphone and Starbucks wifi. Wear a fake mustache for when they look at the security cam video.

This. It's already hard enough to convict these people apparently.

If you report your suspicions to the school and they can not confirm what you report to them, then nothing will get done. School staff are educators not child abuse experts.

The matter has to ultimately be reported to your state's child welfare agency. They are specifically trained to investigate these types of matters. And they would have to be the ones to take action. The school can do nothing but forward the report on to the state agency.

I understand the desire to remain anonymous. You don't want a crazy person messing with you or your property. Anyone who abuses a child may have no problem messing with whomever they think reported them.

Having watched a lot of tv, a letter is the only way to remain anonymous these days. Don't leave fingerprints or DNA on the letter, envelope or stamp. Don't lick the flap or stamp. It scares me that I thought of this.....

Report the matter to both the school and the state child welfare agency. The school will start observing the child for signs of abuse. That will speed up any action the State takes.

Wrong. They are mandatory reporters.

They are typically one of the worst ran and worst trained group of investigative agents under the authority of the state.
