Have you ever called tech support and it NOT say "We are experiencing higher than normal call volumes"

The latest company that we have outsourced our classroom tech to... has actually never had this message - and funny enough, I wait longer for them than I ever do with our last company

Yes but we pay a ton of money for that type of support. Being Dell Enterprise with co-pilot support is nice, but it ain't cheap.
