how much do you have to seed per download? i dont want to constantly have things seeding out 24/7 7 days a week

i mean i leave my shite running all the time (ratio is 3.9). you can donate a few bucks here and there to increase the ratio. best thing is to get a popular free leech torrent and let that run for a bit

That's pretty much what you gotta do for a while to get your ratio up, unless you donate money. The torrents I download generally aren't the most popular, hence fewer people downloading them. In cases like that, you won't get your ratio up quickly by actually uploading. IPTorrents gives "bonus points" based on how long you seed, regardless of how many people download it from you. You can trade those points in for upload credit.
As stated above, the fastest way to get your ratio up is to download something new and popular and let it seed.
