Yeah, I had my MBA for a week before I returned it due to the lackluster screen.

For perspective:
I use two cell phones daily for business (one for domestic and one for international). I prefer my iPhone 6+ over my HTC One M8 both for easy intuitive UI and for size.
I also have a Mac Air and a SP2.. And an SP3. I use all 3 at various times/reasons less so for SP2 now that I have SP3. For business use, SP3 is far superior for my needs. It's easier to use and offers more of "what I need".
I'm not a "fan boy". I respect other people's opinions until they prove to be idiots. From my perspective, Mac doesn't compare to SP3... Especially if you travel a lot for business. And yet, I prefer iPhone over Android. Go figure.

That's like trying to convince you that the sky is Green.

As someone who has both, (air for personal and SP for work) it really depends on how you intend to use it. I personally like the air better. One thing that would deter me from spending my own personal money on the SP3 is the buyback value down the line. With the Air, in two years I can still get around half of what I paid for it on the market, which helps with upgrades. The value of the SP is more than disappointing. Just my 2 cents.

runs great for my surface pro. the metro start menu is fast and easy to use for touchscreens; same with the charm bar.
when i dock it for desktop use, i use a bring back start menu program that was easier to install than chrome.
windows defender for 8 and above = no reason for avg, norton, ect.
fast as frick boot time and in general faster than any windows version before it. (by a large margin)
cleaner than 7 with aero.
I pretty much blaze through everything while watching my fiancee's mac struggle to boot up and open native programs(btw lol ), which has been a problem for every mac she has owned as well as the mac her sister owns.
It really sucks for the old people who are intimidated by changes in windows. You have to be willing to fire up some of those unused neurons every once in awhile. its great for mental health

Except for the fact that I own a Windows 8 box. And it undeniably sucks.
Need proof? Just check out those off the chart sales...

You're feeding the biggest troll on the tech board.

Yeah, heads up. He is an admitted troll. Nothing he posts is valuable, informative, or insightful. He has zero tech knowledge and is only here to do what he's trying to do now. Once he outed himself, I was ashamed to have bought into it and wasted so much time replying to him previously.

Thankfully I was addressing a general audience and not you specifically.
