8GB Memory
1TB HDD
120GB SSD
Nvidia GTX 750Ti 2GB DDR5

I don't really know much about your part choices, but this site will help you find the cheapest place to buy the parts. Also will give a choice of motherboards that are compatible.

Definitely not correct -- 4690K?
Need more specifics about the rest of your parts. The specs sound good, but for example, PSU wattage doesn't tell the full story. RAM has varying speed and latency, not all SSDs are created equal, likewise for hard drives. Case? Motherboard? Cooler?
Regarding the GPU, if this is for gaming, that's a lower-end card...
What's your budget for the tower alone?

For configuring PC builds and pricing data, pcpartpicker is much better organized. Pricewatch was what I used on my very first build 12 years ago.

My budget for a build is $600-800. Tell me what I need and I will get it.

Upper end of your budget, for a well-rounded build with a gaming focus. If that's not your goal, I need more details.

You can't really fit an overclocking-oriented Intel CPU into this budget for a gaming PC (again, if that's your goal) without sacrificing GPU power -- as you probably noticed, which is why I suspect you ended up with a weaker GPU in your configuration. Luckily, the 8350 is going to give you pretty much the same gaming performance, with some rare exceptions (it all depends on what you play). If you're looking for more of a general use PC with some very casual gaming, we can reconfigure.

I'm getting back into gaming. So pretty much want to play games on high or ultra settings. i.e. BF, War Thunder, World of Tanks, Tom Clancy's The Division(when it comes out) you get the gist. I like that set up. Any more suggestions?

I would consider waiting for AMD to drop its next generation of cards coming in the next month or so. May not be able to afford the flagship (guessing it'll be $500-600), but you might see further price drops on the 290, 290x, or something from NVIDIA. At the very least, there will be more people unloading their 290s, 290xs, 970s, and maybe 980s on ebay for a discount. Don't go any lower than an R9-290.

If you want to run Ultra at comfortable framerates you had better dig deeper in the ol' wallet.
Posted on 2/12/15 at 6:41 pm to rompus
R9-290 at 1080P will be fine for ultra in most every game except for shittily optimized Ubisoft titles.
Posted on 2/12/15 at 7:35 pm to ILikeLSUToo
If ubisoft would have better ports it would be so much better. Also a GTX 750Ti can run BF4 on Ultra at around 45-50 FPS consistently, which is fine by me. Anywhere from 45-60 FPS is good with me

I built at all the PC's at work. Go with newegg.com for the best prices. Alot of parts ship out of Memphis too, so pay for the cheapest shipping possible and it still usually arrives overnight.

It's fine for all games except competitive shooters. I'm surprised you're ok with anything below 60 for a first-person shooter. I prefer instantaneous mouse response, so I try to run them with more rendered frames than my refresh rate, tearing be damned.
But still, frame dips infuriate me. Having two 980s helps, though.

It's a great card I have two, and it runs minecraft at max settings!!!
j/k I do have two and haven't had any issues with them other than having to re install the driver once.
