LC9S is striker fired with a very nice trigger. The LC9 is double action with a long pull. I have the LC9S Pro which is striker fired, no safety and no mag disconnect. Very nice trigger in it. I picked it over a Shield because it's easier to pocket carry. Trigger is slightly better. ...
