Obviously they are both factors, the difference is the referee shouldn't be a factor.

The ref was dog shite. Missed a more obvious handball in the box that France likely converts. No need for coach speak I a message board thread. The ref took a likely goal away from France and 100% incorrectly have Germany a goal. France dominated that game and should have won.
