Something about six goalkeepers and five forwards confuses me.

Yeah thats weird, besides that though. Brad Davis over Donovan is the only decision I dont like, its a solid roster.

I know that feel, bro.

But 6 keepers is a ridiculous amount. I'm not sure why he wants them all there.

So now we know why JK didn't pick Donovan. Nothing about form (which is what me and a few others on here were basing their opinion on), all about sending a message.

Chandler isn't really recovering he's just straight up hurt right now. Dolo is still recovering, Parkhurst might as well be hurt with the lack of PT he gets for shitty as Augsburg.

Tall Hall, Brad Davis, Stuart Holden > Landon Donovan.

This is just pure JK being a tool. There is no other way to look at it.

Wonder how the other players think about LD's exclusion. Wonder how they feel about his sabbatical.

Also, the release I just read said Johnson, Rimando, Hall and Hamid are rotating as third goalkeeper for different periods of time.

Yup. Brek Shea probably has more minutes for the national team than he had for club this past season.

I can't speak on what their feelings are toward his sabbatical. But I'm sure they are feeling what his absence does to the success of the team and they are missing that right now.

I can live with that lineup. Problem still remains at depth on the wing. DMB or Zusi go down or Zusi picks up another yellow it's Brad Davis time or you're shoe-horning Eddie Johnson out there again.

I actually don't hate GAM as a winger. He did well inserted there in the last round of qualifiers.

I dont hate it either, but there is just one obviously better option that isn't even there as an option

Don't get me wrong I think Donovan deserves to be there. Jurgen will have to learn the hard way what we pretty much already know.
