Strikers that will be available for 2018 WC. Who else am I missing?

Most Likely:
Bobby Wood
Jordan Morris

Probably (talented enough, but injury prone):
Jozy Altidore
Aaron Bacon

Potential:
Rubio Rubin
Lynden Gooch
Clint Dempsey (JK says he'll be there, not a given)

Long Shot as of now:
Khiry Shelton

Just for Fun:
Haji Wright (still at U-19)
Juan Agudelo
Jermaine Jones (JK is our coach)

Don't forget that Wondo guy. Insider information says he's already a lock.

I'm hoping Terrence Boyd gets it together.

I bet he's regretting his decision to play for the US right now.

I mean, he wouldn't be playing for Germany right now either.

I meant Aron Johannsson not choosing Iceland.

I know he's injured now, but I bet it would be fun to be a part of that squad right now.

Nah, he's already played in a World Cup for us. Will likely get to play in another as well. Chances of Iceland making WC are seriously slim.

I'm sure he'd want to be a part of the Iceland magic right now, but still probably best for his long-term aspirations to play for US.

Yeah, if he hadn't been hobbled last WC, when Jozy went down he likely would have played 3.5 games at the WC and played most of the game in each one.

He's a possible starter for us when healthy, though I think Wood has planted a huge flag that the position is his to lose.

Lennon looks to be a decent prospect, but he probably won't be ready by 2018.
