TD Fantasy Premier League Slow Draft Begins Monday

Let's bring this back for a third season. Last season was very successful with The Mick taking the crown.

You should check out the first two posts in there if you want a better understanding of this league.
Here are the updated league rules. They are about 2.5 pages long and you should read them if you are interested in playing: LINK
Read this excerpt to get a basic description of the league.
Reading the league rules should clear up just about any questions you have about the league. If not, then feel free to ask away.
I would say we should start the slow draft on either this weekend or by next Monday morning at the latest.
Premier League:

This is a ten team league that is designed just like fantasy football. The slow draft is a snake that is determined by random order. VKC, I'd like to take one of the open spots, but you might want to give it to someone else after I had to quit this league last year.
ETA: I can't read. Those spots are going to Championship owners. I'll wait to see if we have a Championship this season.

You are on here a good bit, so I feel like you will stick around. I will give one of the two spots unless someone who tried to keep the Championship afloat wants it (and the rest of the league is good with it).

Yeah, I overbooked myself with work stuff last football season, and it caught up with me...my workload isn't as heavy this year.

99.9% chance that the Championship does not pan out. You would be way better off getting in on this list. If any returner backs out, then you would get a spot.
We are from experts in here, so you can look at last year's draft and the official fantasy league site (where we get our scoring system from) for some resources.

I'm definitely in, will be on vacation thru Saturday though.
PS - guessing we should start draft on Monday Aug 4, we'll have two weeks to complete - same as last year.

Sounds good to me. Two weeks is plenty of time.

I cannot guarantee spots for all of the newcomers, so I would assume we should go with the first who requested a spot unless the returning members have strong preferences.
Maybe there will be enough for a Championship. If so, they can copy our league format and hopefully stay alive.

On the waiting list. Looks we could have enough for a Championship at this pace.
It is also a good way to learn more about the lesser players of the BPL.
