Hardly the first time Argentina have had problems in Bolivia. Not really that surprised especially considering they haven't been lighting it on fire in qualifying.

Has Argentina ever not qualified for the World Cup before?
That would be pretty shocking if they didn't make it after finishing runners-up in 2014. Netherlands looking like they could miss Russia, too. CONMEBOL qualifying is just brutal.

They're now at 1 win in 8 games without Messi this qualifying. I think Ecuador is the team that ends up missing out but damn that end of qualifying game between the two could be a playoff to get into the playoff spot.

Watch out for Peru
I've watched them the last two games( I'm in Peru and just got home from the Uruguay game) they Have potential. Poor goal keeping let them down against Venezuela but they came back from 2-0 down and got a point.
Against Uruguay just now, they looked good. didn't finish as well as they should have, especially after the red card, but they grinded out the points.
Just remembered one of their better players by hurt tonight and they have other injuries:(
