If it's meniscus, then that's not TOO bad. It's not good considering his style of play relies on a lot of cutting and twisting, but better that it's not a high impact sport like basketball that will kill your knees with all the jumping

Twitter is saying he's already had the operation, is in recovery, and is hopeful for the WC. Gah. Part of me wants him to perform and perform well, because he's earned the right to play for his country and he's in the form of his life. The other part of me wants him to fly to a beach somewhere and heal for 3 months.

BR knows him from his loan at Swansea... I think he looks like a pretty good prospect, but I'd prefer Lovren (who we're linked to)..
Also, we are being linked to Loic Remy who I would love as 3rd striker... I think Arsenal may lead though..

It is, but by all accounts, he is a pretty good defender.... A bright spot in Cardiff's season. He was their captain and scored 4 goals...

These are the type players I believe we will sign... Young with big upsides... Maybe get the one marquee player, which I hope is Sanchez or Pedro..

Hopefully Can can provide depth as an attacking mid but yeah defense is an absolute must
