I know a lot of people don't like ESPN that much...

but damn have enjoyed their World Cup coverage so far. I think they've done a really good job. The video they just showed with the USMNT's journey through the group stage was amazing.

I agree. I haven't turned on Fox Soccer Report in days, mostly because they don't have access to but a few seconds of video.

I am loving the coverage. They are almost telling all the haters to wake up bc soccer is great entertainment if you watch it and learn it. I admire the effort they have put into this.

ESPN has done a great job - they have finally bought into the WC and treated it like a world class sporting event.

ESPN's game coverage of any sport is usually top notch. My problem is usually with their news and entertainment divisions.

Agreed.
My only complaints are relatively minor. Gullit is a moron, Macca seems like a dick (and Lalas feels like he needs to one up him when they are on together), and while Ally McCoist seems like a nice guy, I have no idea what he is saying.
I really like Bob Ley, Roberto Martinez, the English play by plays guys, Efen Ekoko, Klinsmann, and Harkes. Hell, Tirico and Fowler are giving it a serious try as well, so that's good too.
Much better than 2002 when they had that buffoon Chinaglia. Thank God for anti-money laundering legislation.
What do you guys think of Wynalda and Balboa? I liked Balboa, also wish Dellacamra was still doing some games.
