I had to forfeit another game

This time b/c I had 3 guys on international duty and another hurt.

But the Championship doesn't play during the break so this is bullshite.

I pulled that stunt already going to need about 2 more young guys to make sure it doesn't happen again for sure. Im still 4th in the league.

James Wilson is setting shite on fire. 14 goals already in the middle of September.

After two seasons at Sporting CP in Portugal (2nd in league, Europa Win in 1st season; 1st in league, domestic cup and UCL Quarters in 2nd season), I was offered the Arsenal job out of the blue. They were finally sick of Arsene after a 7th (!!!) place finish.

Inheriting an attack that already has Welbs and Alexis is gonna be so much fun.

Year 3 with Coventry and im at the top of the EPL.

Sitting at the top of my Europa group. Got in bc i won the league cup last year.

My youth systemis cranking dudes out. 16 year olds already rated in the 60's.

I took the prize money and spent it on the million dollar plus scouts.

My favorite aspect of the game is scouting players and building my team, working the transfer market, etc.

My first year with Leicester, with shite for budget, I bought a few budget defenders and some budget attackers. I also made some patch work signing at RB, CM, etc.

Brooks is my captain, and Ibe (also a starter) and Dembele are still in the squad over 3 seasons later.

In my first season I was pretty poor so I made two clutch signing in the January window, doing precontract agreements with Aitor Fernandez (GK, 23yo, 73) and Boilesen (Danish LB, 23 yo, 74). I also bought Gyasi Zardes for 3 mil. Those precontracts are clutch as frick. You can also get away with paying them less. Aitor was with me for 2 seasons, eventually got up to an 83, and I was still paying him only 5k a week

After two seasons I sold Adama, now a 74 RW (20yo with 92 speed and 97 acc) to Marseille for 20 million, Del Fabro (a 21 yo CB, now a 78) to Borussia Moenchengladbach for 35 million. With these profits and my starting transfer budget I bought Kurt Zouma for 15 mil, Memphis Depay for 30 mil, and Richairo Zivkovic for 15 mil or so.

I win Europa my third year and here is where things just get retarded. I kept getting offers for players I had no intention of selling. Zouma, Zivkovic, etc. Aitor finally got pissed at me for paying him like a League Two player and forced his way out. Manchester City bought him from me for 60 mil. Then Napoli made an offer of 20 mil for Zouma and I was like, "LOL 45 mil YOLO" and for some reason they went for it. Real offered me 45 mil for Zivkovic, now a 20 yo 80 ST, and I countered with 78, which they accepted. Well, it turns out that you can do a lot with almost 200 million dollars in a transfer window.

I'm now in season 4. With my Man City worthy transfer kitty I bought Lukaku from Everton and made Poulsen (from T Boyd's team) his backup. I replaced Zouma with Reyes (Mexican but the best I could do with less than a week left in the window), and bought William Carvalho and Junior Malanda (both 81 rated, young defensive CMs) to play as the 2 in my 4-2-3-1. I bought a 75, 24 or 25 yo Brazilian RB. And the icing on the cake? I bought Thibaut Courtois, who is ranked 87 and still only 25. Finally decided I had a squad better than Championship level, so I've upped the difficulty to World Class.

My annoyances along the way:
- Bought Yedlin, hasn't grown at all despite starting at RB for a year and a half.
- Bought Patrick Roberts, who was a 72 at age 18, for 13 mil and he hasn't grown a single fricking point despite multiple loans and playing him whenever I could.
- Bought Zelalem, and he hasn't grown much either. Only one or two points.
- Dembele had good growth from 65 up til 71, and then has stalled in his growth.

I'm having a lot of fun with this game. My girlfriend hates it.

ETA: I've also been working on my youth system, which has been... ok. I did produce a 16 yo Russian attacking mid who came out as a 70 or 71, and a "technically gifted" Russian CB, also 16, who came out as a 72. Also had a 68 rated 17 yo Russian goalie who I let go as part of the Courtois deal. The rest have come out in the mid 60s or so, and I just try to send them on loan or sell them if they really suck. I don't know why I've been so lucky in Russia and pretty meh everywhere else. Putin must be doing some Ivan Drago shite to the kids over there.

Im about to buy the Scottish Messi this transfer window, hes still only 18
