No clue if it's just me, but I probably score maybe 6-7 goals a season from crosses. I don't know if it's my formation, height of players or what, but I typically always go for the cutback. I've mastered it pretty well at this point and I'll either look for a pass into the box or do a sprinting finesse shot. Suprisingly El Shaarawy sinks those more often than not.

That is certainly a lot easier. LINK

I accidentally started livestreaming a few months back and youtube saved it. I try not to abuse the cutback (because crossing can deadly), but it led to my game winner in this match (where I played horribly).

Still in my first season with Tottenham and I'm struggling mightily... However, I've had 5 offers to coach National teams... Including England... Is this common?

Well, I got offered the Atletico Madrid job when I was in 7th place in the Russian league...so yeah, the logic is pretty fricked up.

I think current team prestige is the only thing that affects job offers.

Fifa 16 is just not working for me with balls in the air. the physics are somewhat broken and completely different than the last versions i played. i'm getting slightly better but it just works retardedly, especially with how guys switch.

the absolute most madening thing about Fifa 16 is the L1 defender switch. it's completely different than in the old FIFA games and i always completely frick up my defensive shape (esp on breaks or with guys dribbling right outside the box) b/c the new switch doesn't jive with hwo my brain works (tens of thousands of hours with the old systems)

anybody play seasons and experience cheesing on crosses to guys sitting right outside the box?

of luck really. Halilovic's contract ran out last year, but he was 22 and the game defaulted him to a 1 year deal, which I took immediate advantage of in the following window.

I always have a scout or two looking for 1st team or world class players with 0-1 left on their deals. I got Ronaldo this way.

My roommate and I play each other a lot, and this is one of our biggest gripes. The biggest problem seems to be especially when a man with the ball is charging down the middle, and and when you try to select a new defender you can't select the right one that you want, and your defensive players fail to step up to the ball, leading to a free shot.

How do you guys work loans? Do you primarily loan young players? Do you try to sign prominent players to loan with an option to buy?

Free transfers are for players who I believe are 23-years-old or older (that age may be wrong) and if they have six months on the contract left, which would be during the January transfer window, then you can offer them a contract to join your team at the end of the season when their current one runs out without having to pay a transfer fee.

It's basically like signing a free agent and FIFA is ridiculous at letting guys go on free transfers.

I typically try and loan out every player who is 25 or younger that I know I will use at some point. Only 4-5 of those players actually get loaned though because for some reason I hardly get offers for them in 16.

Typically, big clubs like Spartak Moscow loan players to small clubs like Bayern Munich. See Serdar Tasci.

I'm having the same issue in 16. It was also a problem in 15.

About to start my 3rd season with Plymouth Argyle. In 2 seasons, we've gone from League 2 to the Championship, won the FA Cup twice, and Europa League once. I just bought Pulisic, Hyndman, Palmer-Brown, and Bradley Jamieson IV.

But it's kind of weird. My first season, I would have finished mid table if I didn't start playing every game myself in January (I try to sim most games). In my second season, I didn't play a single league game, yet I won the league by about 20 points.

I used to sim a lot of games, especially the UCL group games and every home game unless it was against a top table team, but I always played away matches. I feel like FIFA for some reason always makes you lose no matter how much better your team is if you sim a match and your away.

I've started just playing every single game because when I used to sim so much I would run through the 15-year manager mode and just be done. That's why I'm only in season four of my only manager mode so far lol.

How long do y'all make the halves? I just started a Ligue 2 campaign on world class with 7 minute halves.
