EPL Opening Weekend @ Finn's - August 8/9

So we're about a month away from the start of the Premier League season. As such, we might as well get the 4th Annual EPL Opening Weekend Shindig and Circle Jerk thread started.
The opening kickoff is United-Spurs at 6:45 am CT on Saturday, so we'll be our usual, patriotic selves with Tecate and pastries outside prior.
Once inside, the usual frivolity and bathroom antics in honor of Stu Holden.
Here's the lineup of games with TV slots confirmed:
Saturday, August 8
Manchester United - Tottenham Hotspur, 6:45 am
Bournemouth - Aston Villa, 9 am
Everton - Watford, 9 am
Leicester City - Sunderland, 9 am
Norwich City - Crystal Palace, 9 am
Chelsea - Swansea City, 11:30 am
Sunday, August 9
Arsenal - West Ham United, 7:30 am
Newcastle United - Southampton, 7:30 am
Stoke City - Liverpool, 10 am
Monday, August 10
West Bromwich Albion - Manchester City, 2 pm

I'll be in New Orleans from August 21-26. However, I have a conference that starts at 8AM on the 22nd.

I've made the last few of these and will try again. The later start always coincided with brother in laws birthday and was good excuse to kidnap him and come on down. Now it looks like his birthday will be a few weeks early
