Never thought Mix would pass Bradley simply because I didn't see Mix filling the same role as Bradley...well, at least not the same role as Bradley SHOULD have been filling. The total failure of Diskerud to develop has been very disappointing to me.

Man, what happened to Diskerud?

He scored the first goal for NYCFC and his career plummeted shortly afterward. He went from being the #10 jersey in Brazil to not even starting in MLS.

Very disappointing.

I thought he was still toiling away in the NASL until I just looked it up and saw that he is completely out of the game... damn.

I think he'll be in Bundesliga again in a season or two. And I think we'll see him in Russia as well. Maybe not a starter, but I see him in the squad.

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong but it seemed less of a skill issue and more of a work ethic and dedication issue right?

To be fair, neither of them were getting 1st team looks at big clubs at the age of 19

I think we wanted Mix to be the attacking mid that Bradley wasn't, which would allow Bradley the opportunity to move back to his natural position.

Which players in our pool have though? Bradley was playing in the Eredivisie and playing quite well at that age.

Terrible decision to go to Stoke. We should tell all of our young players to avoid England. Go to Germany.

Only bc of him not being granted a work permit

the Stoke move could have worked out.

This isn't about Bradley, It's about Jordan Morris being passed up. Timothy Weah and Haji Wright are the Americans being looked at first team minutes.

You think Weah gets first team minutes this year for PSG? I've got some beach front property in Kansas for you, baw

Also Haji Wright is playing with the U23s this year but I'm hoping he gets some looks with the first team.

As someone put in the Americans thread, Fortuna are looking to get Wright on loan. That's 2. Bundesliga.

Dude is 17 years old, came off the bench for our U-17 team in the CONCACAF championships... Glad he is developing at a big club, but he is nowhere near close to getting first team minutes for PSG.

Are you being serious or is this like a "KRob-Kim Mulkey" thing?

I just never made the connection until I googled his name. I also barely follow the US youth teams to ensure my hopes never get elevated.

I didn't mean to mix weah with Haji wright, but both can easily pass Morris in a few years.
