Was world class.

Chelsea is one of the worst run clubs given their resources. It’s hilarious.

Pulisic is pretty much the definition of a confidence player. Obviously there are concerns with that, but I genuinely think just being somewhere where a portion of the fans don’t hate him will do him wonders.

Christian Pulisic is the first American to score a goal in three of the five major European leagues (Bundesliga, Premier League, Serie A).

Was very nice, twitter comments are 50/50 for and against Pulisic.
Side note: Why do their kits look like cotton t-shirts?

Of course Giroud with the assist.

Why did the Chelsea fan base hate him so much?
So great to see Pulisic off to a fast start

He was injured so much that he never got into a groove.
CO against Real Madrid in CL and that Liverpool match around the same time was some world class talent. He just never sustained it outside of that short run.
He eventually struggled to get minutes and we played him as a RW and wingback too often…just not his preferred positions.

Milan are like an old Chelsea team. Giroud, CP, RLC, and Tomori

They played very well together at Chelsea. As long as they stay fit I wouldn’t be surprised for them to throw up some big offensive numbers this year.

Because he’s American playing in England
Because they are entitled pricks. They enjoyed Pulisic helpimg them win CL but as the team management went downhill they started losing. And who is the first scapegoat? None other than Pulisic. He was always the reason they lost but never the reason they won.
It turned into a cesspool of constant attacks on Pulisic by their legions. And thank God he got out of there. Now when they lose they need a new scapegoat. And lose they will.
Keep in mind they also played him out of position a majority of his time. He did have injuries but when healthy they never used him enough or properly.
He looks happy again. And ACM is a great place for him to get some run which will help for the next WC.

Watched his highlights. He’s taking corners for them. What does he do in training that we aren’t seeing

We spent 1.5b and all those guys are better than what we ended up with.

he’s clearly enjoying the new scenery. looks to be feeling a bit more alpha. this could be a catalyst for us, angry/confident pulisic is still the best player to ever don our shirt

mainly because of the discourse online. the CP fan bois created a natural opposite reaction which was super negative.
Last year, CP released a book with some criticism on Tuchel, who was/is still highly regarded by the fanbase. there have been rumors CP was looking for a move away for at least a year and a half, wasnt commited, and it all just kinda came to a head the end of last season. He was never really villified by match going fans until late last season.

Meh, he's acting the same way he does when he always plays with confidence, just like he did at Chelsea where Pulisic would still be if he had a string of health.
Yesterday was awesome and it reminded Europe what Pulisic is capable of, but the big question will always be if he can stay healthy for a full season. If he does, he'll be one of the more dynamic players in Serie A. It's a big hurdle though and one he really hasn't been able to climb.
