It does when the rest of the class gets fed up with the kid fricking up and gives him an attitude adjustment. At least that's how it used to work.
tangent incoming, but i think that's a pretty bad way to go about teaching a kid right/wrong behavior. teacher should just punish the kid directly so he understands the connection better. all that teaches a kid is "frick up and as long as your classmates like you more they'll blame the teacher and you won't have to worry"

No problems in the middle east before Hamas huh. Israel and Palestine been bff's for generations before Hamas came along. The concordia parish thing was only a reference not a slight. I just remembered where you said you were from once. Your Fox news level of understanding on this is a bit off though. Do you know how and why Israel was established where it is located? How much land should Israel leave for the aboriginal people of Palestine? This story is much older than a few rocket attacks or new settlements being built.

I am not trying to be mean to you but everyone knows the story. People are only going to be sympathetic for so long. I had a palestinian friend for a while and we discussed this many times. It is hard to be thought of as a victim when you vote in Hamas to lead you. It simply tells you what the mindset of most Palestinians is. I am sick and tired of hearing it. I said I moved from Concordia for economic reasons. If it was me I would be trying to get somewhere that I could find a job and raise my kids in peace, but that's just me. The palestinians are not victims they want people to think they are though.

Dude I fully understand what both sides are fighting for. Anybody that votes for hamas to lead them deserves no sympathy from anyone. They had the chance to do the right thing but chose not to. At what point does someone say ok we don't feel sorry for you anymore. They lost me when they voted in hamas. They should be driven into the desert.
You do realize that Israel basically created Hamas right.

WTF does that matter? The situation is what it is. Either live with it or do something about it. If you think joining Hamas will better your life you are a fool. If you think lobbing rockets at Israel will better your life you are retarded. See the situation for what it is and take whatever steps you can take to improve it. Again I don't feel sorry for them.

It just hit me, lets kill 2 birds with one stone.
Lets give Palestine a new state, 15 miles wide from where Texas meets the Gulf of Mexico to the Pacific in California.
Then we tell them that the Hondurians, Mexicans, El Salvidorians are all Jews.
This is a great idea.

I've been to Concordia Parish. They can have it.

This is brilliant.

I understand. Explain your understanding.

Both sides have blood soaked hands in this and need to grow up and understand the reality of their situation.
On paper, that's great! Sounds beautiful. What happens when one side does this and the other does not. Should the one that grows up just keep taking shots? For how long should the grown ups wait for the other to grow up?

We as a country need to.stop enabling both sides.

Agreed on that, the Palestinians strategy of victimization grows a bit thin at times. The how's and why's of balfours decisions are rarely covered in the US education system however. giving people a false sense of understanding on several issues of Israel's establishment.

It's okay to punish Palestinians because Hamas was elected with a plurality and they kill innocent people,
Who is punishing the Palestinians? Who is Hamas?

Wouldn't we blame the English guy and not the Muslims??

Saw this happen in a class last week. 1 team member was not doing what they should have been. Coach made everybody do the exercise again. It was the 5th time over the past week the same kid had done this.
Team "disowned" their team mate. They felt it unfair the the kid would not pull their own weight.

More Christians among the Palestinians if that matters to anybody.
I'm not religious, so religion doesn't enter into it for me personally. I do see one group headed by terrorists that fires rockets indiscriminately into another country and then hides behind civilians when the other side responds. Is the other side innocent in all of this, no. Have they also committed atrocities, yes. But currently they seem to be taking more steps to protect civilians than the first side, so they get a bit more of my sympathy at this time.
